New Delhi, April 22 (IANS) The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested nine people, including two policemen, for leaking the papers of SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2013 held Sunday, police said.
Two police constables, three teachers, one sales tax inspector, one clerk at ministry of external affairs and two post-graduate students were arrested, police said.
The Staff Selection Commission, Combined Graduate Level Tier-I examination was held on April 21 for the recruitment of income tax inspectors, excise inspectors, sub-inspectors in Central Bureau of Investigation, preventive officers, custom examiners, assistants in various ministries and others.
A police party had raided a house on Sunday in the Gram Sabha Pooth Kalan area of Delhi and found nine people present in a room with two laptops, printer and mobile phones.
It was found that they had been solving the question papers and preparing answers for the examination. They had received the question papers on electronic devices and were further sending the documents to interested people after taking huge money as consideration, police said.
During investigations, it was found that the answer keys and question paper series had been sent on mail by one Bijender Chhikara to Ashu Sharma, a primary school teacher and others.
"The print out of the paper was verified from one of the examination centres at government co-ed senior
