New Delhi, April 8 (IANS) In a major breather for BJP general secretary and former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah, the Supreme Court Monday quashed the first information report (FIR) filed against him by the CBI in the Tulsiram Prajapati staged shootout case.The court said the chargesheet filed in pursuance to the FIR will be treated as a supplementary chargesheet to the Sohrabuddin Sheikh shootout case, being tried in Mumbai.
